Terms of service

Effective 5 August 2026

These terms apply to your use of bookedbefore.ai and to any application you submit through it. By using the site or submitting the form you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Who you are agreeing with

BookedBefore is operated by Bennett Newhook, a sole proprietor based in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean BookedBefore, and “you” means you and the company you are applying on behalf of.

What these terms cover

These terms cover the website and the application process. They are not the agreement for the service itself. If we take on your event, we will agree separately in writing what we will do, what you will provide, and what it costs. That agreement governs the work; these terms govern getting to it.

The free first event

The free first event is offered at our discretion, to a limited number of companies at a time. Submitting an application does not entitle you to one and does not create any agreement between us. We may accept or decline any application, we are not required to give reasons, and we may withdraw or change the offer at any time.

If we accept your application, what is included, what we need from you, and the timing will be set out in writing before any work starts. A free first event is one event. It carries no obligation on either side to continue afterwards.

What you are telling us when you apply

When you submit the form you confirm that the information you give us is accurate, that you are applying on behalf of a business rather than as a consumer, and that you are authorised to do so.

Attendee lists and other people’s information

Our service works from the attendee list for your event, and it sends from your accounts in your name. So if we work together, you confirm that you have the right to give us the attendee list and any other contact information you provide, that you have the right to contact those people for this purpose, and that doing so does not breach the event organiser’s terms or any law that applies to you, including anti-spam and data protection law.

We act on your instructions in running that outreach. You remain responsible for the messages sent in your name and for the lawfulness of contacting the people on your list.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee a particular number of meetings, replies, or any other outcome. The results described on this site are real results from real campaigns and they are not a forecast of yours. Outcomes depend on your event, your list, your offer, and your team, and much of that is outside our control.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or professional advice.

Using the site

Please do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for other people, submit the form with false information or on someone else’s behalf without their authority, or use anything here to build a competing service. We may block access if you do.

Our content

The text, design, and graphics on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read, share, and link to them. You may not copy them for your own commercial use without permission. Company names mentioned on this site belong to their owners and are used as statements of fact, not as endorsements.

Links to other sites

Where we link somewhere else, we are not responsible for what is there.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties that are not written down here, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of this site or from an application you submit.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. If we do take on your event, the liability position for that work will be set out in the written agreement for it.

Privacy

What we do with the information you give us is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and the version published here is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of that province have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
